> Planet Rentalcars is an online car hire comparison and booking service for customers resident in the United Kingdom. It is operated by AurumCars GmbH, based in Munich, Germany.

Planet Rentalcars enables customers to search, compare and book car hire offers from more than 300 car rental brands at over 80,000 locations across more than 180 countries.

Offers, prices, vehicle availability, included services, payment requirements, deposits, excess amounts and cancellation conditions depend on the selected offer, rental provider, destination and rental period.

A vehicle displayed in an offer normally represents a vehicle category rather than a guaranteed model, unless the offer explicitly states that the model is guaranteed.

A security deposit and an insurance excess are not the same. The deposit is generally blocked or collected by the local rental provider as security. The excess is the maximum amount for which the customer may be liable in the event of covered damage. The amounts and conditions shown for the selected offer must always be checked separately.
