For the second year in a row, AurumCars GmbH has achieved 100 / 100 points in the Focus Money Deutschland Test for Best Customer Service. A comprehensive online analysis was conducted on over six million online posts from customers over the period 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025 with three evaluation dimensions: i) the frequency in which the brand's customer service was discussed, ii) the rating of the brand, iii) the tone of the reviews ranging from positive, neutral or negative.
